GamiFOREST will facilitate the dialogue and collaboration opportunities between games and forest researchers, promoting knowledge exchange, networking, and much more.
The event will be hosted in the context of the 7th GamiFIN international conference, taking place in Levi, Finland, on April 18-21, 2023.
This year, GamiFOREST welcomes full papers, short papers, and posters under the UNITE flagship’s themes (mainly but not exclusively):
- Disruptive technologies for capturing forest ecosystem structure and functioning;
- Agile knowledge creation from the forest data;
- Smart decision support for human actions in space and time; and,
- Gameful forest interaction for meaningful experiences and practices
Besides academic presentations, GamiFOREST will also feature exciting keynotes and seizing our natural surroundings, interactive workshops, and other nature related activities.
